THE STRATEGY

BPR was engaged to lead an always-on PR approach for TH7 across a seven-month engagement period (May–November 2025), with a focus on driving consistent national media coverage, establishing co-founder Tom Harvey as a credible voice in Australian wellness and recovery, and building TH7's profile through earned media, influencer content, and podcast appearances.

Central to the strategy was a multi-pronged pitching approach: securing both editorial placements in key lifestyle, wellness, and travel media, and positioning Tom Harvey for expert commentary across health and performance publications. BPR also developed bios and media angles for key TH7 figures to expand the brand's spokesperson reach. Alongside media relations, BPR sourced and coordinated influencer and UGC creator partnerships, managing briefing, scheduling, and content alignment to ensure consistent, high-quality output across social platforms.

To complement earned media activity, BPR researched and pitched strategic advertorial opportunities — including Qantas Magazine — and supported client decisions across SENQ partnership negotiations.
