THE STRATEGY
Bayly PR implemented a multi-faceted approach to boost Majer Recruitment’s visibility and credibility. This included revitalising Instagram and LinkedIn channels to drive engagement and ensure cohesive branding, securing targeted media coverage to expand reach and delivering an elevated event series with aspirational partners to boost stakeholder engagement, such as private Mecca masterclasses and corporate styling events with local stylist Alexandra Graham. In addition, SEO-focused blog content, job ad templates, and branded marketing assets were developed to support long-term audience growth and engagement.
